When you book DJ Toby Varner, he will work with you from that day until the completion of your wedding. Together you will build a timeline for a perfect day tailored around your tastes. He will ask you for a few songs for each part of the night as well as for your special dances. The rest of the music he will fill in based on his reading of the crowd and taking all good requests from your guests when appropriate. You will have a few meetings for planning and typically a site visit. If he is doing your wedding ceremony audio as well, he will be at your ceremony rehearsal if needed as well.

When you book DJ Toby Varner to do your Ceremony Sound there will be music playing for when your guests arrive. He will guide you through picking songs for all the parts of your ceremony.
There will be a sound system out of sight so not to ruin your pictures with ugly speakers or stands.
A small lavalier microphone will be hidden on the officiant to pick up everything being said, so your guests can hear. If you have any people doing readings for the ceremony, microphones will be provided for that as well.
DJ Toby typically attends the ceremony rehearsal as well to guide you and help with all the details.

I have over 17 years experience as a full time DJ and MC.
As an MC I have been trained by the nations top wedding MC educators.

To provide the level of service I offer typically I will spend 30 hours on your wedding. This includes planning sessions, the set up, your actual event, and the tear down.
If I’m doing your ceremony sound, sometimes I even come to the rehearsal.
Depending on your chosen package - I’m bringing nearly $30,000 worth of equipment and music.
I have back up equipment for everything in case of an emergency. I am also fully insured.
A retainer payment of $500 is required to hold your date, it will be applied to your balance,
The retainer is non refundable for any cancellations but may be applied towards a future event.
